Tap Growth ai is seeking an HR Operations Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and lifecycle processes in Singapore. The role covers onboarding, offboarding, HRIS maintenance, benefits administration, and HR reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in HR administration, strong Microsoft Office skills, and experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HR. Mandarin-speaking ability is preferred for a Chinese-speaking workforce.
