Purpose of the Role
The HR Operations Specialist (m/w/d) ensures the accurate and efficient execution of HR administrative processes and payroll activities. This role supports the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while ensuring compliance with Ukrainian labor legislation, internal policies, and corporate standards.
