JOB OVERVIEW: The Human Resources (HR) & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and benefits administration. Conduct new employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding Manage employee disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations with fairness and following company policy and Philippine labor laws.
