Location: Sharjah, UAE (Managing Saudi Arabia Operations)

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations for KSA while based in the UAE, ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor laws, visa processes, Saudization, and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage KSA HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and payroll coordination.
• Handle all visa processes (new, renewal, transfer, exit/re-entry, final exit).
• Manage government portals including Qiwa, Muqeem, and Absher.
• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development regulations.
