Our client, a fast growing national company, is looking to recruit an experienced, energetic, passionate senior HR / P&C Operations Manager toΒ  support the broader Group. This rare greenfield opportunity plays a key role in supporting the organisational growth, managing workforce transitions and positive workplace culture whilst developing and strengthening HR systems and processes across Australia.

Key Duties include:

  • Ensuring Compliance, HR Governance and interpretation of employment legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements, together with ER/IR advisory.
  • Providing operational HR advice and support across the business ensuring consistent, high-level delivery of core P&C activities.
