Job Title: HR Operations Lead

Compensation : Upto INR 30k
What You Will Do
Be the gatekeeper and operator for the Founder’s Office. You will screen all calls and meetings, run HR operations end to end, and turn chaos into clean systems. You handle first pass on everything, then bring the founder in when your filter says it is worth his time.
What You Will Work On
Gatekeep calendar, calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn inbox.
Run meeting prep, agendas, notes, and follow‑ups.
Drive task closure with owners and deadlines.
Own recruiting: JDs, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers.
Own HR ops: onboarding, payroll inputs, leave and attendance, documentation, basic compl...
