Overview

Lead the HR Operations team (2–3 members) to deliver end-to-end HR operational excellence across employee lifecycle, HR systems, compliance, payroll coordination, and global mobility. Ensure smooth daily HR operations while continuously improving processes and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and oversee HR Operations team performance.
  • Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all HR operational activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and service quality.
  • Manage HRIS and employee data accuracy (records, org chart, staff profiles), maintain structured HR documentation and reporting, and monitor HR systems in collaboration with global HR teams.
