Job Description

Cpl HR recruitment are hiring an experienced HR Operations Lead to manage and improve HR service delivery across European projects for an 18 month contract. This is a hands-on, on-site role that will suit a focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the HR Operations team to deliver accurate, efficient HR services.
  • Oversee HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Own HR data integrity, reporting, and dashboard creation for senior leadership.
  • Support employee relations and guide managers on people matters.
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to strategic HR projects.
  • Liaise with Payroll and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
