About the team


We are looking for a new colleague in our department HR Operations (HON) at Monterrey, MX. In this role, you will join a fast-paced Human Resources team serving employees, managers, and HR colleagues for the Americas region. We are looking for team members who enjoy improving HR administrative processes in a global environment and have a strong interest in HR Digitalization.

What you can look forward to as HR Operations Intern:

  • Support the digitalization of HR processes through applying process engineering (mapping process, measuring effectiveness, identifying bottle necks, and propose and implement improvements).

  • Collaborate with the HR operations teams to identify areas for improvement (workforce admin, learning and payroll).

  • Develop and implement improvements using Power Apps, Power BI Dashboards or Power automate workflows to streamline HR operations.
