HR Operations Generalist Dublin 2 | Hybrid (3 days on-site)

A global technology-led organisation with a strong people-first culture is seeking an HR Operations Generalist to join their EMEA People Services team on a fixed-term contract (11 months). This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong operational experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment supporting employees and managers across multiple regions.

  • Salary: Up to €44,000 per annum
  • Contract: 11-month fixed term
  • Working model: Hybrid (3 days per week in Dublin 2 offices)
