Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, exits, and documentation
  • Support recruitment coordination and manpower planning activities
  • Handle matters relating to workforce administration, accommodation coordination, and compliance requirements
  • Liaise closely with employees on HR-related queries and operational matters
  • Administer payroll and employee benefits matters including insurance and claims coordination
  • Maintain HR records, SOPs, organisation charts, and internal documentation
  • Provide support for ad-hoc HR projects and operational initiatives when required
