Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, exits, and documentation
- Support recruitment coordination and manpower planning activities
- Handle matters relating to workforce administration, accommodation coordination, and compliance requirements
- Liaise closely with employees on HR-related queries and operational matters
- Administer payroll and employee benefits matters including insurance and claims coordination
- Maintain HR records, SOPs, organisation charts, and internal documentation
- Provide support for ad-hoc HR projects and operational initiatives when required
