HR Operations Executive

Horizon Tech is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced HR Operations Executive to join our dynamic HR team. This role involves handling core HR operations across multiple divisions, including BPO, IT, and Software Development. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR processes, support employee engagement initiatives, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, induction, attendance tracking, leave management, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage HR documentation related to the employee life cycle (promotions, transfers, confirmations, terminations).
• Support payroll processing and coordinate closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
