The HR Operations role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, HR documentation, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR systems. The role ensures smooth HR functioning, policy adherence, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibility

  • Employee Lifecycle Management

Manage onboarding and induction for new joiners

Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and background verification

Handle employee exits, full & final settlements, and relieving documents

Maintain employee records (physical & digital)

  • HR Operations & Administration

Maintain and update HRMS (attendance, leave, employee data, roster)
