Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and client stakeholders to understand role requirements, workforce plans, and hiring timelines.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer letter release, Medical Check Ups, BGC & Employment Pass initiation, and onboarding coordination) for client-facing roles across consulting/ BPO functions.
- Manage Internal Recruiter expectations and be the first person to manage internal issues / potential risk/ delays.
- Able to connect with vendors understand issues/ challenges, and to manage potential escalation within to avoid escalations.
- Conduct Intake Calls to with Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on hiring progress, candidate pipelines.
