What You Will Do:
Lifecycle Management & Operational Support: Ensure the seamless execution of HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, requests) while scrupulously meeting deadlines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Time Reconciliation & Payroll Compliance: Conduct bi-weekly audits of timesheets in accordance with contracts and internal policies to eliminate payroll errors.
