ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to manage staff changes in the e-HR system and ensure proper documentation. You will liaise with departments to obtain approvals and maintain accurate records.

You will also handle medical and life insurance processes via the NAS portal, including new joiner onboarding, annual renewals, and periodic reconciliations with the staff list. This role requires strong communication and organisational skills.
