Location: Hybrid in Vancouver, BC (in-office required)
Reports to: Head of Finance & Operations
Hours: 20 to 30 hours per week
Salary Range: 30 to 35 CAD per hour

About the Role.
You’ll support MistyWest’s core people programs while learning how they’re designed, run, and scaled inside a growing consulting business. You’ll work closely with the Head of Finance & Operations and leadership team, gaining hands‑on exposure to performance management, compensation, recruiting, and culture‑building.
