HR Operations Associate

Job Summary: The HR Operations Associate ensures HR and Payroll operations run accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal standards. The role processes employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, maintains data integrity through regular audits, and provides day-to-day payroll support spanning employment verification, vendor and associate ticket resolution, unemployment claims, garnishments, and biweekly payroll processing. As a key execution partner to HR Business Partners, the Associate handles job changes, position updates, org movements, and data corrections, and owns the cost center alignment process. The role also supports job architecture maintenance.
