Operations Associate
Operations Associate shall be in charge of the following:
- Employee-Employer Relationship
- Monitoring your day-to-day activities.
- Assist in Administrative issues and concerns.
- Collecting & Checking DTR's
- Enforcing WBMC's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
- Enforcing the Client's Rules & Regulations.
- Performance Evaluation of Assigned Employees.
- Knowledgeable in timekeeping
- Monitor employee attendance and working hours.
- Track and record leave, absences, overtime, and breaks.
- Perform other HR tasks assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- Experience in HR, payroll, or timekeeping (6 months to 1 year preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS, and timekeeping software.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
