Operations Associate

Operations Associate shall be in charge of the following:

  • Employee-Employer Relationship
  • Monitoring your day-to-day activities.
  • Assist in Administrative issues and concerns.
  • Collecting & Checking DTR's
  • Enforcing WBMC's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
  • Enforcing the Client's Rules & Regulations.
  • Performance Evaluation of Assigned Employees.
  • Knowledgeable in timekeeping
  • Monitor employee attendance and working hours.
  • Track and record leave, absences, overtime, and breaks.
  • Perform other HR tasks assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • Experience in HR, payroll, or timekeeping (6 months to 1 year preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS, and timekeeping software.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
