📢 HR Operations Administrator


We’re looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join our clients team. You’ll play a key role in delivering an efficient HR service by supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring our HR systems and records are accurate and up to date.


📋 Key Responsibilities


* Manage employee lifecycle changes, including new starters, leavers, transfers, promotions, and contract amendments.
* Prepare and issue contracts, offer letters, onboarding, and offboarding documentation.
* Coordinate the offboarding process, including system access removal, equipment returns, and employee file management.
* Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems, including SuccessFactors.
* Update organisational structures, job titles, reporting lines, and position data.
* Ensure data accuracy and compliance for payroll, audit, and reporting purposes.
