📢 HR Operations Administrator

We're looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join our clients team. You'll play a key role in delivering an efficient HR service by supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring our HR systems and records are accurate and up to date.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Manage employee lifecycle changes, including new starters, leavers, transfers, promotions, and contract amendments.
Prepare and issue contracts, offer letters, onboarding, and offboarding documentation.
Coordinate the offboarding process, including system access removal, equipment returns, and employee file management.
Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems, including SuccessFactors.
Update organisational structures, job titles, reporting lines, and position data.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance for payroll, audit, and reporting purposes.
Produce routine HR reports and support system testing and improvements.🫵🏽 About You
