JOB DESCRIPTION Ability to handle detailed problems which require standard solutions. They receive general direction from their supervisor, are assigned deliverables and may be part of a team. Supports development, modification and execution of new or revised compensation programs and policies. Ability to perform full scope of activities associated with administration of competitive and legally compliant compensation programs. Acts as a liaison between compensation groups and other HR departments, as well as line management and outside service providers.
