Job Description
Qualifications:
- Min Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management.
- Min 3 years of experience in HR Operation Supervisor or related role.
- Strong knowledge in managing attendance, employment contracts, and labor law compliance.
- Familiar with labor regulations, BPJS, and employee relations/issue handling.
- Ability to oversee and manage office supplies.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with employees and management.
- Proficient in handling documents, records, and operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Experienced with HRIS systems (Sunfish) is preferred.
- Willing to be placed at Jakarta Area.
