We're Hiring!  The HR OJT is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support of company-wide recruiting efforts.


The Recruiter assists with the screening and interview process, and provides other support, as needed.  Day-to-day responsibilities:   Achieves On time delivery of agent hiring requisitions within the agreed SLA  Account Management, Reporting and Analytics  Conducts Behavioral Interviews and Profiling  Accountable in achieving 100% Show Up during Training  Monitors Training Attrition and provides recommendations to improve Retention  Ensures quality of endorsements by monitoring Pass Rates and Interview Observations  Conduct job offers, on-boarding orientations to new hires  Manages onboarding, completion of Pre-Employment requirements and 201 filing of all chosen hires.  Manages and updates candidate applications using the company’s recruitment tool or trackers  Ensures excellent ...
