Responsibilities
• Support reporting manager in developing a robust compensation and benefits framework keeping in mind existing work structures, external market and legal compliance, in order to ensure relevance to organization's strategy & objectives, retain key talent and minimize regulatory conflicts
• Work with reporting manager in conducting periodic review of the developed compensation and benefits structure, and benchmark total cash position with peers to ensure competitiveness amongst others
• Execute the market survey exercise, including conducting the benchmarking exercise, collecting, analyzing and preparing recommendations for the management, to ensure relevant and accurate data is presented for effective decision making
