Job description:

You are responsible for the recruitment and selection of new employees for all our construction projects in the Eindhoven region. You know how to find and connect talent. You actively search for new colleagues, draw up vacancy texts and conduct interviews with candidates. You coordinate the entire recruitment process and, together with the HR team, ensure that onboarding runs smoothly. You enjoy thinking about how you can attract and retain new employees. You also support the HR team in the administrative process. You contribute ideas to improving the employee experience. Depending on your ambition/wishes, your position will also involve more and more HR activities, such as drawing up job profiles, coordinating development plans, and managing absenteeism.
