Job Summary

The HR Officer supports recruitment and daily HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, employee records management, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and arranging interviews

  • Support onboarding for new employees, including preparing contracts and orientation

  • Maintain and update employee records accurately and confidentially

  • Handle HR administrative duties, reports, and documentation

  • Support employee engagement activities, training, and HR projects

  • Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and employment regulations
