Job Summary
The HR Officer supports recruitment and daily HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, employee records management, and HR administration.
Responsibilities
Manage recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and arranging interviews
Support onboarding for new employees, including preparing contracts and orientation
Maintain and update employee records accurately and confidentially
Handle HR administrative duties, reports, and documentation
Support employee engagement activities, training, and HR projects
Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and employment regulations
Requirements
