We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to support and coordinate a broad range of Human Resources functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements while providing efficient day-to-day HR operational support.
Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives.
Support learning and development activities.
Assist with adherence to HR statutory and compliance requirements.
Support Industrial Relations matters.
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices remain current and compliant.
Maintain POPI compliance standards.
Maintain accurate employee records and filing systems.
