Job Primary Purpose

The main purpose of this position is to provide Human Resource services, support and advice to all the Siyabuswa Campus.

Key Performance Areas

  • Recruitment, Selection, Appointment, and Induction.
  • Remuneration and Benefits Administration.
  • General HR consultation and advisory support.
  • Liaise continuously with employees and management within the designated portfolio(s).
  • Employee Relations, Well-being, and performance management services.
  • M+3 Degree or 3 year Diploma in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology
  • A Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, proven as an HR Officer or HR Administrator.
  • Sound knowledge and application of HR legislations, systems and procedures. ...
