Job Primary Purpose
The main purpose of this position is to provide Human Resource services, support and advice to all the Siyabuswa Campus.
Key Performance Areas
- Recruitment, Selection, Appointment, and Induction.
- Remuneration and Benefits Administration.
- General HR consultation and advisory support.
- Liaise continuously with employees and management within the designated portfolio(s).
- Employee Relations, Well-being, and performance management services.
- M+3 Degree or 3 year Diploma in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology
- A Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, proven as an HR Officer or HR Administrator.
- Sound knowledge and application of HR legislations, systems and procedures. ...
