Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional to join our real estate team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles (agents, sales, admin, marketing)
  • Handle onboarding, employee documentation, contracts, and HR compliance
  • Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with business goals
  • Partner with management on workforce planning and hiring strategy
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years HR experience in the real estate industry
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
