We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional to join our real estate team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles (agents, sales, admin, marketing)
- Handle onboarding, employee documentation, contracts, and HR compliance
- Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with business goals
- Partner with management on workforce planning and hiring strategy
- Minimum of 2 years HR experience in the real estate industry
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
