Job Description

We are looking for a HR Officer to join our client on a long fixed term contract based in Perth. 
Key responsibilities :

  • Maintain and update our HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and effective user access management.
  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and new module rollouts.
  • Develop workflows, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and implement improvements to streamline HR operations.
  • Prepare employment contracts and employee lifecycle documentation.
  • Generate HR reports for compliance, insights, and decision-making.
  • Support employee recognition programs.
  • Provide technical assistance, HRIS training, and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise systems, processes, and reporting to continuously improve the employee experience.
