Job Description

Job Scope
  • Maintaining of employees’ records in system and files.

  • Handle work passes, such as applying, renewal, cancellation, levy waiver etc.

  • Arrange courses and printing out of the grants to submit to accounts.

  • Prepare contract for new joiners and for resignees.

  • Handle employees’ enquiries/feedback.

  • Raise payments for training courses attended and onboarding centre.

  • Submit monthly WPOL and work pass invoices to accounts.

  • Handle performance bonus and increment processes.

  • Maintain foreign workers' accommodation records.

  • Other any ad-hoc jobs assigned.

  • Experience in application of work permit in Construction Sector is a MUST.
