We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Officer to join our growing team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will support HR operations and contribute to creating a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain HR records and employee databases
- Support payroll coordination and attendance management
- Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Assist in employee engagement activities and training initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience (Hospitality / Restaurants / QSR or Retail industry experience preferred)
