Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding: Write job descriptions, post vacancies, screen candidates, and facilitate new-hire orientations.Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, mediate workplace conflicts, and handle disciplinary issues.Payroll & Benefits: Process timekeeping, administer salaries, and manage employee benefits like SSS, PhilHealth, and health insurance.Performance & Training: Track employee evaluations, identify training needs, and implement career development plans.Compliance: Ensure all company policies align with national and local employment laws.
