Job Description

We are looking for passionate individuals with experience in Human Resources who are to join an expanding financial services firm in Sydney. As an HR Officer, you will be looking after recruitment, interview process and general HR needs. You will report to the directors and work closely with other team leaders to meet all recruitment needs.

About the role

What you will be doing

  • Recruitment of various roles including but not limited to IT development and general operations
  • Maintain HR systems and folders, enter and process data
  • Provide HR administrative support in various teams
  • Focus on employee relations, training and performance development
  • Direct on-boarding, internal changes & off-boarding, allowances, sales bonus letters, and general personnel management
  • Regular performance reviews
  • Generate all contracts of employment and internal employee letters
