Tenerity is seeking a proactive HR Advisor / Office Manager in Switzerland to oversee daily office operations while supporting key HR processes. This role includes managing office functions, employee lifecycle administration, and event coordination to ensure a smooth workplace.

The ideal candidate is someone with a Commercial Diploma, 1-3 years’ experience in HR or office management, and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Crésus. Fluency in English and French is essential.
