Overview

Partner with business HR to steer the HR workstream across global M&A transactions. Provide strategic advice and hands-on expertise across the M&A lifecycle. Advise business HRs about the M&A process and priorities. Support the creation of workplans, timelines, and budget planning. Advise on retention, performance, and key talent strategies. Ensure HR M&A activities adhere to ABB global policies and requirements. Oversee HR specialty areas as required.
