HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Generalist Manager with strong hands-on exposure in the BPO and IT industry. The ideal candidate should have deep understanding of fast-paced BPO and IT environments, high-volume workforce management, attrition control strategies, statutory compliance and the ability to drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management, employee relations, compliance, performance management, stakeholder management, and HR strategy execution. Work closely with delivery heads, operations managers, and leadership teams. Provide HR insights and analytics to drive business decisions.
