Job Description

Responsibilities:



  • Recruitment & Onboarding:

    Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments.

    Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

    Handle job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and offer management.

    Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.



  • Payroll & Statutory Compliance:

    Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

    Maintain employee attendance and leave records.

    Handle PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other statutory compliance.

    Liaise with finance for salary disbursement and reconciliations.



  • Employee Relations & Engagement:

    Maintain healthy employee relations and resolve grievances.

    Organize employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

    Conduct regular feedback and performance review sessions.
