Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for manufacturing plant roles
- Partner with department heads to plan workforce and staffing needs
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements
- Oversee performance management, training, and employee development programs
- Coordinate payroll processing and administer employee benefits
- Support workplace health, safety, and return-to-work initiatives
- Maintain HR records, generate reports, and analyze HR metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, including manufacturing or industrial exposure
