Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for manufacturing plant roles
  • Partner with department heads to plan workforce and staffing needs
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements
  • Oversee performance management, training, and employee development programs
  • Coordinate payroll processing and administer employee benefits
  • Support workplace health, safety, and return-to-work initiatives
  • Maintain HR records, generate reports, and analyze HR metrics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including manufacturing or industrial exposure
