Salary: Around PHP 60,000
Location: Alabang
Working Hours: 7:20 AM – 4:20 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Manage labor relations and employee relations, including union-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with government-mandated benefits and HR policies.
• Oversee payroll, talent management, and HR administration.
• Draft and implement policies, processes, and procedures.
• Lead HR planning and strategic initiatives for the organization.

Qualifications:

• Experience in academe or school HR preferred; corporate HR experience acceptable.
• Knowledgeable in labor laws, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
