Role Overview
As the HR Manager – People & Operations , you’ll be the primary HR and administrative leader for our Gurugram office , reporting directly to the leadership team. You will own all people-related processes — hiring, onboarding, compliance, performance management, engagement, and exits — while also managing a HR executive and ensuring day-to-day discipline, punctuality, and office upkeep. You must be assertive, structured, and hands-on.

• Enforce attendance, punctuality, and code of conduct policies across the team
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, confirmations, appraisals, exits
• Own and refine HR policies, grievance redressal, and compliance tracking (e.g., PF, ESI, leaves)
