Are you ready to make your mark as HR Manager for our marine crew in the Fleet Management department within the Boskalis Offshore Energy division?

As HR Manager, you play a key role in strengthening our organization by embedding the Human Excellence pillars Performance & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Mobility and Vitality into everyday practice. You work closely with colleagues in Crewing and Fleet Management and support a diverse, international crew operating on our vessels worldwide.



You are responsible for the execution and monitoring of HR policies within the Crew department and are continuously challenged to further improve and future‑proof these policies.
