Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in e-commerce, BPO, or high-growth service environments.
• Strong experience in HR operations, compliance management, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Solid understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR policy implementation.
• Experience managing employee relations, grievances handling, and conflict resolution.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Experience handling recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, and employee documentation.
• Experience managing attendance, leave management, and HRIS systems.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
