Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Implementation and Management
● Oversee the implementation, configuration, and management of Keka HRIS to address
organizational needs.
● Ensure data accuracy and system integrity while leveraging HRIS for efficient workflows.
● Work with Keka support to resolve system issues promptly.
HR Operations
● Manage key HR operations, including:
○ Payroll and benefits administration.
○ Attendance and leave management.
○ Employee onboarding and offboarding.
○ Policy administration and compliance.
○ Conflict resolution and grievance management.
Performance Management and Appraisals
● Design and execute an effective performance management system using Keka HRIS.
● Facilitate goal-setting, periodic reviews, and appraisals to support employee growth and
alignment with organizational objectives.
