Job Description

Key Responsibilities:- * Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning for plant and corporate requirements. * Handle onboarding, induction, employee documentation, and exit formalities. * Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational procedures. * Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRMIS data. * Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, statutory requirements, and HR audits. * Coordinate with management on workforce planning and organizational development. * Handle employee engagement, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. * Support payroll inputs, employee benefits, and statutory documentation. * Conduct training, induction programs, and employee development initiatives. * Maintain healthy industrial relations and coordinate with department heads for operational HR requirements. * Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management dashboards. * Drive HR initiatives that improve employee productivity, ...
