This role will suit a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, values‑led environment, has a full clean driving license and can accommodate a fully onsite position.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver HR strategy and support workforce planning.
  • Lead recruitment and monitor hiring metrics.
  • Ensure effective onboarding, induction, and training compliance.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues
  • Carry out HR audits and ensure legal and policy compliance.
  • Support performance management, talent development, and engagement.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Prepare HR reports and contribute to HR projects.
