PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Strategy & Leadership
Lead and manage the site HR team, including Pre-Payroll, Medical Services, Security & EHS. Partner with site leadership to align HR strategies with operational and business goals. Support organizational change & talent development initiatives and culture-building efforts. Employee Relations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and employment regulations. Manage employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management. Maintain accurate employee records and oversee compliance reporting and audits. Partner with legal counsel and corporate HR as needed on complex matters. Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Oversight
