A well-established, design‑led international brand is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage the full HR function. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who can balance operational excellence with people‑centric leadership, while supporting business growth and fostering a strong company culture.

  • ✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field
  • ✅ Minimum 5–8 years’ HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • ✅ Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices
  • ✅ Proven experience in employee relations and performance management
  • ✅ Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  • ✅ High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
  • ✅ Experience within retail, fashion, or creative industries is advantageous
