Position Overview The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resource functions , ensuring alignment between HR strategies and business objectives. This role will manage employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance matters while supporting the company’s growth and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, training, performance management, and HR administration
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company objectives and labor regulations
Lead manpower planning and recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring of suitable candidates
Manage employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive working culture
